Talent Labs provides educational content, coaching, and tools designed to help recruiters and talent teams implement AI into their workflow. This includes digital products, video content, and live 1:1 coaching sessions.
2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to access our offerings.
3. Accounts and Access
Some parts of our Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment is required for all coaching sessions and paid content. We currently do not offer refunds on digital products or coaching, so please consider your purchase carefully. If you encounter any issues, contact us at hello@talent-labs.ai.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on Talent Labs—including videos, tools, strategies, guides, and branding—is owned by Talent Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
6. Coaching Services
Coaching is delivered in four (4) one-hour live sessions via Zoom or similar. We expect clients to attend as scheduled. If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice. No-shows may count as forfeited sessions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
Our content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for how you implement what you learn through Talent Labs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Talent Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (or your local jurisdiction, if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.
